- Analyze specifications and expectations from the ECU.
- Identify system interfaces and communication protocols.
- Test Planning: -Develop a test strategy and test plan based on requirements.
- Define test objectives, scope, and test scenarios.
- Allocate resources including test environment, tools, and personnel.
- Test Environment Setup: Establish a controlled test environment to simulate real-world conditions. Install necessary hardware components such as sensors, actuators, and simulators.
- Configure software tools for test execution, monitoring, and analysis. Documentation and Reporting: -Document test procedures, results, and observations. -Report defects, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations for enhancements or optimizations. Performance Optimization: -Identify bottlenecks and areas for performance improvement.
- Optimize algorithms, data processing routines, and resource utilization.
- Conduct iterative testing to validate performance enhancements.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from testing activities for process improvement.
- Update test plans and procedures based on lessons learned. Continuously adapt testing methodologies to evolving technology and industry trends.
