  • Analyze specifications and expectations from the ECU.
  • Identify system interfaces and communication protocols.
  • Test Planning: -Develop a test strategy and test plan based on requirements.
  • Define test objectives, scope, and test scenarios.
  • Allocate resources including test environment, tools, and personnel.
  • Test Environment Setup: Establish a controlled test environment to simulate real-world conditions. Install necessary hardware components such as sensors, actuators, and simulators.
  • Configure software tools for test execution, monitoring, and analysis. Documentation and Reporting: -Document test procedures, results, and observations. -Report defects, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide recommendations for enhancements or optimizations. Performance Optimization: -Identify bottlenecks and areas for performance improvement.
  • Optimize algorithms, data processing routines, and resource utilization.
  • Conduct iterative testing to validate performance enhancements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from testing activities for process improvement.
